Step 1: Lead with Strategy, Not Inspiration Choose ONE monthly focus from your marketing calendar. Build everything around what you're launching, promoting, or celebrating that month.
Examples: "The double cleanse that changed everything" or "Inside our latest serum development" or "Summer skincare essentials we can't live without"
Step 2: Use This Exact Prompt (copy and customise): "You're a content strategist for [your brand name]. Our customers are [describe your ideal customer]. Create 15 Instagram posts, 5 email subject lines, and 3 blog concepts around [your monthly focus]. Our brand voice is [warm/clinical/playful/etc]. Avoid these overused beauty phrases: [list the clichés you never want to use]."
Step 3: Ruthlessly Edit the Output Delete anything that could have come from any other beauty brand. Keep only what makes you think "Yes, this sounds like US."
Step 4: Expand Your Favourites Ask AI to develop your top picks into full content pieces. Then rewrite the opening and closing lines in your authentic voice - that's where real connection happens.
Step 5: Add Your Secret Ingredient Layer in real stories, actual results, your founder journey moments, that ingredient discovery at 2 AM. This personal touch is what separates thriving brands from generic AI content mills.
The Bottom Line
